The home of Awa Sudachi Chicken is a tranquil satoyama in Tokushima. Surrounded by nature and abundant spring water, the chicken grows up healthily by feeding on food blended with sudachi peels.

The feed is a blend of hay bacillus (such as natto bacillus), lactic acid bacteria, sudachi powder, green tea powder and chitosan, which increases the probiotics in the stomach and boosts immunity. Over the entire breeding period, we have achieved zero-use of antibiotics and antibacterial agents. ※Only legally required vaccinations
